Designer Pantry Order Living provides professional pantry organization and design services, including but not limited to:
All consultations and services must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cheques. Late payments may incur additional fees.
We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship. All oak shelving comes with a 10-year structural warranty. Glass containers carry a lifetime replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. Installation work is guaranteed for 2 years.

Designer Pantry Order Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
All designs, plans, and creative work produced by Designer Pantry Order Living remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or share our designs without written permission.
We may request permission to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes. Clients may decline this request without impact to service. When permission is granted, we respect client privacy and do not share identifying information.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
