Do you service areas outside of London?

Yes! While we're based in Chelsea, we serve all of Greater London and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius. Travel fees may apply for locations outside central London. Please inquire about your specific location.
What's included in the initial consultation?

The complimentary consultation includes an in-home assessment, measurements, discussion of your needs and style preferences, and preliminary design concepts. Within one week, you'll receive a detailed proposal with 3D renderings and pricing.
Can I purchase containers separately without full installation?

Absolutely! Our Container Harmony collection is available for purchase independently. We can provide recommendations on sizes and quantities based on photos of your pantry, along with styling guidance for DIY installation.
What if my pantry is very small?

Small spaces are our specialty! We excel at maximizing compact pantries through clever solutions like vertical storage, door organization, and strategic container selection. Some of our most impressive transformations have been in limited spaces.
Are your glass containers dishwasher safe?

Yes! All our glass containers are made from restaurant-grade borosilicate glass and are completely dishwasher safe. The brass lids should be hand-washed to maintain their finish and are designed for easy cleaning.
How do seasonal refresh visits work?

Our seasonal refresh program includes quarterly visits where we deep-clean containers, rotate ingredients, update labels, and optimize your organization based on seasonal cooking patterns. Each visit takes approximately 2-3 hours.
What happens if I need more containers later?

We maintain records of your pantry setup and can provide matching containers at any time. Seasonal refresh clients receive ongoing discounts on additional products and accessories.
Do you work with renters or only homeowners?

We work with both! For rental properties, we offer solutions that don't require permanent modifications, using adjustable shelving systems and organization methods that can move with you.
What's your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of consultations and installations. For seasonal refresh appointments, we ask for 24 hours notice. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before scheduled installation.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special storage needs?

Absolutely! We customize our organization systems to accommodate gluten-free zones, allergen separation, kosher requirements, or any other specific dietary needs. This is discussed thoroughly during consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cheques. A 50% deposit is required to schedule installation, with the balance due upon completion. Payment plans are available for larger projects.
